The room is located on Doctor Espina Street, in a residential neighborhood in Madrid. The area is well established, offering a local Madrid experience while remaining well connected to the city center and main transport routes.
Just a few minutes away you will find a wide range of local shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, as well as green areas such as Plaza Valle de Oro nearby, ideal for walking and relaxing.
Public transport connections are very convenient:
• Oporto Metro Station – around 4–5 minutes walking
• Plaza Elíptica Metro Station – about 8–10 minutes walking
From these stations you can take:
• Metro Line 5 (Madrid Metro) – direct connection to the city center (Gran Vía, Callao area)
• Metro Line 6 (Madrid Metro – Circular Line) – fast access to many key transport hubs across Madrid 
The accommodation is also well connected to important areas of the city:
• Madrid Río – around 12 minutes by car or metro
• Atocha Station – about 15–20 minutes by metro or taxi
Getting to the city center is simple:
• Metro to Callao Station or Gran Vía Station (Madrid Metro) – approximately 20 minutes
• Taxi or Uber – about 15 minutes, depending on traffic
This location offers an excellent balance: a traditional Madrid neighborhood with local atmosphere, good transport connections, and quick access to the historic center and the main attractions of the city.
- Check-in time: Every day from 15:00 to 22:00p.m.
- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
- No groups of young people allowed.
- Smoking, pets, and parties are strictly prohibited.
- Identification must be provided before 20:00p.m on the day of arrival, or self- checkin will not be possible.
- Respect quiet hours from 22:00p.m till 10:00a.m
In accordance with the Anexo I, section 3 of Real Decreto 933/2021 de 26 de Octubre, all guests must complete a mandatory online registration before check-in.
As it is a self-checkin, this registration must be done through our partner website, preferably one day before your arrival or before 08:00pm on the day of your arrival.
Without completing it, you will not be able to check in or access the accommodation .
