1 Baño Private single room located in the eastern area of Madrid, within a property that has a total of 8 rooms. Our room is equipped with TV, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, offering a comfortable and functional space in a quiet environment, perfect for both short and long stays. Please note that the room does not have a kitchen or cooking facilities, but guests have free access to a fully equipped shared area, which includes two washers, two dryers, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
Please note that the bathroom is not located inside the room, but at the end of the hallway, which is shared with the other rooms. Although it is located in a common area, it is for the exclusive use of guests staying in this room and is equipped with a lock to ensure your privacy.
The property is located on the ground floor.
As shown in the photos, in the room you can find:
- a sofa that opens up into a single 90x190 fold-out bed
- a TV, a hair dryer, an air conditioning unit (cold/heat), an electric wall radiator
- a bathroom
Located in Pueblo Nuevo neighborhood, within the Ciudad Lineal district in eastern Madrid, this is a quiet residential area with tree-lined streets and a relaxed atmosphere.
The area offers excellent connectivity, with easy access to the city center via the metro and several bus lines. It also features supermarkets, shops, cafés, and parks, combining the tranquility of a residential environment with proximity to urban services and commercial areas. It’s ideal for those seeking comfort and peace without being too far from the heart of Madrid.

CHECK IN TIME
-Guaranteed every day from 16:00 to 20:00p.m
*Late check-ins between 8 PM and 11 PM are subject to availability, with an extra fee of 30€
*After 11 PM, not available
*Identification must be provided before 20:00 on the day of arrival, or check-in will not be possible
CHECK OUT TIME
-11:00a.m.
KEYS
-must be left in the apartment on the day of check-out.
*Failure to do so will result in a penalty of 50€ which will be charged through Airbnb.
In accordance with the Anexo I, section 3 of Real Decreto 933/2021 de 26 de Octubre, all guests must complete a mandatory online registration before check-in.
As it is a self-checkin, this registration must be done through our partner website, preferably one day before your arrival or before 09:00pm on the day of your arrival.
Without completing it, you will not be able to check in or access the accommodation.
