The room is located on Mota del Cuervo Street, in the quiet residential neighborhood of Canillas (Hortaleza district) in Madrid. The area is safe, peaceful and well connected, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers.
Just a few minutes away you will find the Centro Comercial Palacio de Hielo, a large shopping and leisure center with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops, as well as an ice skating rink.
Public transport connections are very convenient:
• Canillas Metro Station – around 3-5 minutes walking
• Mar de Cristal Metro Station – about 10–12 minutes walking
From these stations you can take:
• Metro Line 4 (Madrid Metro) – connecting to many areas of the city
• Metro Line 8 (Madrid Metro) – direct access to Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport in about 10 minutes
The accommodation is also very close to IFEMA Madrid, the city’s main convention and exhibition center:
• 10–12 minutes by car or taxi
• Around 20 minutes by metro
Getting to the city center is simple:
• Metro to Callao Station or Gran Vía Station (Madrid Metro) – approximately 25 minutes
• Taxi or Uber – about 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic.
This location offers the perfect balance: a quiet residential neighborhood while remaining close to the airport, IFEMA, and Madrid’s main attractions.

- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
- No groups of young people allowed.
- Smoking, pets, and parties are strictly prohibited.
- Identification must be provided before 20:00p.m on the day of arrival, or self- checkin will not be possible.
- Respect quiet hours from 22:00 till 10:00
In accordance with the Anexo I, section 3 of Real Decreto 933/2021 de 26 de Octubre, all guests must complete a mandatory online registration before check-in.
As it is a self-checkin, this registration must be done through our partner website, preferably one day before your arrival or before 08:00pm on the day of your arrival.
Without completing it, you will not be able to check in or access the accommodation .
