The property is located on Calle Fuencarral, in the heart of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most central and lively neighborhoods. Calle Fuencarral is a well-known shopping street that connects Malasaña with Gran Vía, surrounded by boutiques, cafés, restaurants, and nightlife.
Many of Madrid’s main attractions are within walking distance. Gran Vía is just a few minutes away, while Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza España. And the Chueca neighborhood can be easily reached on foot. The area is also very well connected by public transport, with several metro stations nearby, making it easy to explore the rest of the city.

Staying here means being in the center of Madrid’s cultural, social, and commercial life, with everything you need just steps from the building.

- No groups of young people allowed.
- Smoking, pets, and parties are strictly prohibited.
- Identification must be provided before 20:00p.m on the day of arrival, or check-in will not be possible.

Acceso a huéspedes

In accordance with the Anexo I, section 3 of Real Decreto 933/2021 de 26 de Octubre, all guests must complete a mandatory online registration before check-in.
This registration must be done through our partner website, preferably one day before your arrival or before 08:00pm on the day of your arrival.
Without completing it, you will not be able to check in or access the accommodation .
